Slow Burn Coffee offers a variety of beverages, baked goods, and Slow Burn Coffee merchandise. They also sell coffee of their own these coffee roasts include Kenya, Peru, and two types of roasts from El Salvador. The baked goods that are offered at Slow Burn Coffee are from local baker here in Albuquerque The Witching Flour. They serve items such as pie tarts, empanadas, cream puffs, burnt honey crullers, pecan cinnamon rolls, and so much more.

When we visited Slow Burn Coffee, we purchased a couple lattes and a dirty horchata. The lattes were delicious they were a tad bit strong, but it had a great flavor profile that mixed well with the oat and whole milk. The dirty horchata was also very good. It was different than anything we had tried before. The dirty horchata contained high profiles/notes of horchata and the mix of espresso in there made it perfect. It tasted just like a biscochito. Those who do not know a biscochito is "the cookie of New Mexico" we would say, they are a traditional New Mexican cookie. They are quite similar to a snickerdoodle cookie.

Slow Burn Coffee is a local coffee shop in the Albuquerque area that you must stop by! If you love biscochitos then we definitely recommend you get a dirty horchata with the shot of espresso. If you make it in let us know what drink, you try we would love to hear it!
